Kristine Bjaadal is a young Norwegian designer with a conceptual approach to design. You will often find small surprises hidden in her products. Everyday negative situations, like wear and tear or spilling red wine all over the tablecloth, are turned into something positive. Trying to make the user sense another human being behind the products, and a focus on giving the user positive experiences over time, results in exciting and playful design – as well as sustainable.
Bjaadal holds a Master’s degree in design from Oslo National Academy of the Arts, and have also been a designer in residence there. She runs her own design studio in Oslo.
